Choose a class by the loads, not the label
The 10, 20, and 30 labels are nominal capacity classes, not a promise of delivered energy, runtime, or whole-home coverage. A selection review needs the actual critical-load inventory, desired outage duration, verified usable capacity, continuous and surge power, reserve policy, inverter design, and solar-recharge conditions.
Use the model pages as question guides. They show the proposed equipment and installed starting prices from the current US proposal data, clearly marked pending approval. They do not replace a manufacturer data sheet, a code review, or an installer’s site assessment.
Practical checklist
- Compare verified usable energy and power when those specifications are available.
- Identify essential circuits and high-starting-load equipment.
- Confirm compatibility, permits, service area, and final commercial terms.
Keep commercial information honest
Proposed starting prices are not an offer, contract, reservation, financing approval, or installed quote. Actual equipment, labor, electrical work, site conditions, permits, taxes, utility requirements, and scope may affect a future approved proposal. No runtime, savings, or financing outcome is guaranteed here.
The actual model photographs are shown without retouching or masked branding. Follow through to the existing product listing or configurator only after reading the installation and commercial notices.
Practical checklist
- Read the price and specification notices beside every model.
- Use a site assessment to confirm installation feasibility.
- Keep a written record of exclusions and warranty responsibilities.
A proposed range needs documented follow-through
If a proposed model progresses to a real project, request the current approved data sheet, applicable certifications, warranty terms, full scope, service contact, and final price conditions. Compare those documents against the original goal and critical-load list. This page should not be used to bridge a documentation gap or to infer that a model, part number, or installation date has been reserved.
Practical checklist
- Keep assumptions, exclusions, and the next verification step in the written project record.
